DraftKings Sportsbook Offers Celtics ‘No-Brainer’ Promo In MA
To help draw users in Massachusetts to its app, DraftKings Sportsbook is offering two “No-brainer” winner promos to new MA customers.
DraftKings is offering MA residents No-Brainer bets, as it calls them, on the Nuggets vs. Spurs on Friday and the Celtics vs. Hawks on Saturday. If customers place any two bets up to $50 on the Nuggets to hit a 3-pointer Friday and the Celtics to score a point Saturday, DraftKings Massachusetts will double their money.
There is a 0% chance Boston won’t score. (Unless the game is canceled. Then, there will be some things to sort out.) And there’s as close to a 0% chance as possible that Denver won’t make a 3-pointer.
Add DraftKings Massachusetts Celtics promo welcome offer
So, if you really want to, you can add this bonus up to $100 to DraftKings’ already-lucrative welcome offer in Massachusetts: a $50 bonus bet, $1,000 deposit bonus and bet $5 to get $200 in bonus bets offer.
Doing the math, that’s … $1,350 in bonus bets.
DraftKings is one of six Massachusetts online sportsbooks that launched Friday. The other five?
- BetMGM
- Caesars Sportsbook
- WynnBET
- FanDuel
- Barstool Sportsbook
Can DraftKings take top spot in Massachusetts?
FanDuel owned 50% of the US sports betting market in Q4 of 2022. It’s expected to be No. 1 in the MA sports betting market, as well. However, it could be close. DraftKings is Boston-born and it still has its headquarters in Boston. If there was ever a state where DraftKings Sportsbook could legitimately challenge FanDuel, it’s Massachusetts.
Along those same lines, Caesars Massachusetts isn’t a shoe-in for fourth place in the MA market, like it is in the US market. Barstool Sportsbook is also a Massachusetts product, with founder Dave Portnoy being a MA native. Expect Barstool Sportsbook and Caesars Sportsbook to be neck-and-neck for fourth place.
Meanwhile, DraftKings and FanDuel Massachusetts will battle for No. 1. And BetMGM will settle comfortably in at No. 3.
